TBA - Review Deadline Intense period for reviewers

11.02.2026 - Speaker Notifications Communication Committee in full swing

19.11.2025 - Financial Aid Applications Open Diversity Committee starts processing applications

Three months before conference, 1-2 hours a week - On-Site Planning Begins On-Site Operations Committee starts preparations

13.04.2026 - Day Before Conference All hands on deck for final preparations

14.04.2026 - Conference Start Peak activity for all committees

16.04.2026 - Conference End Clean-up and wrap-up begin

Until all videos have been released - Video Processing Complete Video Committee wraps up

End of the conference - Program Follow-ups Complete Program Committee concludes activities

Until all reports have been resolved - Code of Conduct Reports Resolved Code of Conduct Committee finalizes any pending issues
