Call for Volunteers¤

The call for people who help during the conference. This call is usually done 6-8 weeks in before the conference. It does not make sense to call for volunteers too early.

Prepare the logo and branding for the conference. You can reuse the logo from the last conference or start with a new or an alternative one.

Prepare the website for the announcement. You can reuse your website from the last conference or start with a landing page.

Update the social media channels with: - the new conference dates - update the branding
