06.12.2024 - Financial Aid Applications Open Diversity Committee starts processing applications

1 month before the ticket sales - Swag Design Begins :tshirt: Swag Committee kicks into gear

22.04.2025 - Day Before Conference All hands on deck for final preparations

23.04.2025 - Conference Start Peak activity for all committees

End of the conference - Program Follow-ups Complete Program Committee concludes activities
